The cooling module is mounted between the supply / extract air module and the heat recovery module.
The module has the same height and depth as the other aggregate modules and a building length in the air direction of 600 mm.
The unit A1 then consists of a total of 4 modules and increases the overall building length by 600 mm.
Water connection of ordinary tap water and wastewater is connected to the module.
The cooling effect consists in the fact that the cooling module is able to lower the supply air temperature by about 4 to 8 degrees, depending on the incoming air condition in principle regardless of air flow and that in cooling operation the air flow is increased as much as possible. The combination of free cooling via outdoor air, cooling recovery, cooling forcing and the cooling module's adiabatic cooling effect provides an extremely environmentally friendly and economical cooling solution.
Adiabatic cooling can be said to be a softer cooling technique where you do not cool the supply air as many degrees but at the same time use a higher air flow. Since the cooling technology is dependent on the condition of the exhaust air, ie moisture content, the cooling effect may vary and not in all operating modes guarantee sufficient cooling effect.
Even in conventional compressor driven cooling, the power requirement is significantly reduced by the fact that the adiabatic cooling module can handle a large part of the total cooling demand.
