This service can only be ordered within Sweden.
Service for our somewhat larger consumer dehumidifiers includes a functional check of your Acetec dehumidifier, replacement of any faulty components and a new filter.
You also receive a 3-month warranty on the service.
If the dehumidifier is found to have been submerged, exposed to a lightning strike or supplied with incorrect voltage, it will not be repaired. Service will also not be carried out if it requires components that are no longer available. If the dehumidifier is not eligible for service, we will contact you.
If the dehumidifier cannot be repaired, the full amount will be refunded, except for 625 kr to cover the cost of diagnostics.
How does it work?
- You order this service
- We email you a return label
- You pack the dehumidifier and clearly mark the parcel with your order number (starts with W) and drop it off at any DHL ServicePoint
- We receive the dehumidifier, carry out a functional check and replace any faulty components
- We return the dehumidifier to your nearest DHL ServicePoint
